I’m Emily Schoettle, and I operate this website for Emily Schoettle Coaching LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the site, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

This page covers the website (browsing, contact form, and scheduling links). If we work together as coach and client, additional terms may apply to that coaching relationship separately.

Information I collect

Information you send me

  • Contact form — name, email address, optional subject, and message. Submissions are processed by Web3Forms.
  • Email — if you write to emily@emilyschoettle.com, I receive whatever you include in that message.
  • Scheduling — if you book an exploration call through Calendly, Calendly collects details needed to schedule (such as your name, email, and meeting preferences). Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to that service. If you would prefer to schedule with me directly, you can email me.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics — this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, and device/browser information). Google may use cookies or similar technologies. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use Analytics.
  • Hosting logs — the site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (including CloudFront). Standard server/CDN logs may include IP address, browser type, and request timing.

I do not run advertising networks or sell personal information.

  • Provide coaching-related communication when you’ve reached out
  • Understand and improve how the website works

  • Email me to ask what contact information I have from you, or to request that I delete inquiry emails where practical

  • Choose not to submit the contact form or book through Calendly

This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
